Everything you should know before ordering: who your contracting party is, how the ordering process works technically, how to correct entries and where to find the statutory information.

1. Your contracting party

2. How the contract is concluded

Ordering takes just a few steps. Nothing is binding until the final click.

1. Goal: You choose what your video should achieve.
2. Style and voice: You choose style, video language and voice – or leave the choice to us.
3. Package and extras: You choose package, length, formats, amount of material and extras. From here on you see the exact price.
4. Core message: You write in one sentence what viewers should know or do afterwards.
5. Contact: You enter your email address, name and country and choose “Private individual” or “Business”.
6. Summary “Does this look right?”: You see all items, the total price including VAT, the expected date and the links to the terms, guarantee terms, privacy policy, this customer information and – depending on customer type – the information on withdrawal or the data processing agreement. As a private individual you use a separate checkbox here to request that we begin before the withdrawal period ends.
7. “Order with obligation to pay”: With this click you accept our offer. The contract is concluded.
8. Payment: You then pay in the embedded payment form – by card, digital wallets, Link, Klarna or PayPal, depending on country and amount – or, as a business in the EU, by invoice.
9. Confirmation: You see your order number and receive the order confirmation by email.

3. Checking and correcting entries

• With “Back” or your browser’s back button you return to the previous step; your answers are kept.
• On the summary, “Change” takes you directly to the relevant step.
• We show missing or incorrect entries directly at the field concerned.
• Until you click “Order with obligation to pay” you can change everything or simply cancel.

4. Storage of the contract text

We store your contract: your order with all items, the valid catalog version, your declarations with wording, text version and time, and the terms as valid at the time of ordering. You receive the order confirmation by email; you can see your order at any time on your order page (access via the link in the email). You can view, save and print the terms on this website at any time.

5. Contract languages

German and English. The German version prevails.

We have not subscribed to any specific codes of conduct.
