You review the preview before the video is final: confirm it or request a change. Clip includes 1, Pro 2 and Studio 3 revision rounds. Until production starts – that is, until you submit your material – you can cancel free of charge.
A round is one bundled list within 7 days of the preview: copy, colors, order, music, voice, edit within the scope of the brief. Typos, names and mandatory details we always fix for free, and our own mistakes too. Each additional round costs 20% of the package price, at least €79.
Studio includes 120 seconds. Every extra second costs €12 incl. 19% VAT, up to 5 minutes. Longer? Write to us.
From production start – once your material is complete: payment received, material and brief submitted. The preview link arrives by 8:00 p.m. (Berlin time) on the 2nd business day after that for Pro, and on the 3rd for Clip. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Brandenburg. Your order shows the exact date before you pay.
50 GB of material are included in every package. You can add more any time: each further 100 GB costs €400 – in the configurator or later on your order page, before you upload.
Yes. All prices are final prices incl. 19% VAT; the invoice shows the VAT included for each line item. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID pay without German VAT (reverse charge), as do businesses outside the EU.
Yes, currently from Germany. As a private customer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. So that we can start production before then, you expressly agree to this when ordering; the details are in the withdrawal policy. Private customers pay online in advance.
