What you need to know about tax, contract, support and data when you order from abroad.
Tax: what you pay
- Businesses and private customers in Germany pay the final price including 19% German VAT.
- Businesses in another EU country with a valid VAT ID: reverse charge. We invoice without German VAT, and you account for the VAT in your country.
- Businesses outside the EU: no German VAT. Any taxes or duties in your country are handled on your side.
- Private customers can currently order with residence in Germany.
Reverse charge requires a valid EU VAT ID; without one, German VAT applies.

- Germany: incl. 19% VAT
- EU business (reverse charge): Reverse charge – no German VAT. VAT to be accounted for by the recipient (Art. 196 VAT Directive).
- Business outside the EU: No German VAT – outside the EU; invoiced in EUR, 0 % VAT. Not taxable in Germany, § 3a (2) UStG.

The German version of our terms is legally binding; the English version is a convenience translation.
The contract in five lines
- You order one video at a fixed price; what’s included is listed in the package.
- You can cancel free of charge until production starts.
- If the first preview is late, you automatically get part of the package price back.
- Revision rounds are included; additional rounds are priced upfront.
- Once paid in full, you may use the video for web, social media, ads, trade fairs and internally.

Our times are Central European Time (CET/CEST, Berlin).
Time zones
Every date we promise is calculated in Berlin time. Next to the next free start in the studio, we also show your local time when it differs.
Stored in Germany
Your material and your videos are stored on our servers in Germany. We use Claude (Anthropic) for analysis and script, ElevenLabs for the voice and Stripe for payment – the full list of processors is in our privacy policy and data processing agreement.
